Agilent's Installation Service provides a faster installation with fewer start-up issues
Each 81910A All-parameter System comes with a full package of bundled services free of charge. After delivery of the system an Agilent engineer will contact you in order to schedule the installation service for your system.
If you have not yet been contacted by an Agilent engineer, please follow the procedure described below to schedule these services for your 81910A System

Service Description
This product will be installed by a highly trained and experienced Agilent engineer. This service ensures that your test system is up and running as quickly as possible.

The Services You Will Receive
During system installation, the Agilent engineer will perform the following services as needed:
• Confirm that the power supply voltage and other environmental conditions are adequate for system operation.
• Connect the system components.
• Assists or installs necessary software components and utilities on the host PC
• Initiate the power-on procedures.
• Execute standard Agilent diagnostic or verification programs and tests.
• Provide an overview of daily care, maintenance, proper usage, and the User's Guide.
• Supply a contact matrix for Agilent technical and support resources and ensure that all agreed upon deliverables have been provided.

Initiating the Installation Service
If you have not been contacted by an Agilent engineer already, please schedule the installation service for your 81910A All-Parameter Analyzer with your nearest Agilent service representative. Please prepare to have the following information to hand, when calling your Agilent service representative: Product Number, Serial Number and Agilent Order Number.
