The Signaling Analyzer software utilizes the Distributed Network Analyzer (DNA) platform for data acquisition.
The DNA platform brings greater power for collecting and analyzing Voice, Video and Data in real-time over multiple technologies such as 2, 2.5G, 3G, Ethernet, ATM, POS, Frame, Relay, IPv6, MPLS, VoIP, IPTV, etc.
DNAs provide 100% packet/cell capture with high performance Real-Time Store to Media (RTSM) at real time. DNAs can be time synchronized with GPS, NTP, or Agilent’s proprietary Control & Sync interface, providing great flexibility for time synchronized tasks. Line Interface Modules (LIMs) for LAN or WAN technologies can be swapped among the platforms below.
J6801B Distributed Network Analyzer (DNA)
The Agilent DNA is an ultra-portable test platform with built-in power supply and one data acquisition system. This is the main platform used by Signaling Analyzer due to the exceptional performance and low cost. It can be controlled in direct mode from a separate PC or laptop, or used in a larger Multi-User system by several users and several DNAs. DNAs can be rack mounted with a special kit.
J6802B Distributed Network Analyzer MX (DNA MX)
The Agilent DNA MX is a rack-mountable test system incorporating one data acquisition system and a built-in controller with removable hard disk drive. Since this analyzer is designed to be controlled remotely, it has no keyboard or display but includes a choice of single-port 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet card, dual-port 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet card, or a combination 56 kb/s Modem / 10/100 Mbps Ethernet card for telemetry. It is available with standard AC or optional -48V DC power
J6803B Distributed Network Analyzer PRO (DNA PRO)
The Agilent DNA PRO is a portable test system incorporating one data acquisition system and a built-in controller with removable hard disk drive. Since this analyzer is designed to be controlled from a laptop, PC, or wireless PDA, locally or remotely, it has no keyboard or display but comes with a choice of single-port 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet card or a combination 56 kb/s Modem / 10/100 Mbps Ethernet card for telemetry. A country-specific WLAN 802.11a/b/g telemetry option is also available.
