The Agilent N2X base software release 6.5 includes new products and enhancements:
- IPTV Channel Zapping Productivity Application (N5570A)
The N2X IPTV Channel Zapping solution allows service providers and equipment manufacturers to accurately validate the channel zapping performance of broadband access equipment under real-world conditions
- High Availability Solution
The N2X provides the industry's most complete High Availability solution with (1) scalable emulation software,(2) a dedicated productivity application automating complex scenarios and (3) a Graceful Restart Conformance Test suite
- Multicast VPN's
Agilent N2X in the industry’s first solution to verify the multicast scalability limits and interoperability of edge routers. N2X can concurrently emulate thousands of PIM and IGMP sessions, while also generating multicast traffic to thoroughly validate the functional, scalability and conformance aspects of mVPN implementations. Updates to existing emulation software products including Multicast Routing Emulation Software (E7886A) and MPLS Signaling Emulation Software (E7883A) to enable mVPN testing.
- N2X Productivity Advantage (available in the Productivity Advantage Release 1.0)
N2X Productivity Advantage delivers a rich set of automated applications designed to maximize testing productivity. Service providers and network equipment manufacturers will save many months of engineering effort by eliminating the need for developing and supporting custom applications.
