TECHNICAL INFORMATION
RPR Capture and Decode (option 410)

The RPR capture and decode engine is an enhancement to the Encapsulation Analyzer (option 400). The capability detailed in this API is specific to the RPR capture and decode plug-in which allows RPR frames to be captured, interpreted and analyzed before being clearly presented to the user in both numerical and textual format. Captured frames can be filtered and saved to the instrument’s hard drive and later transferred to a PC or workstation for further analysis.
